📄 Sonoran Printing Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 28, 2025
At Sonoran Printing, we take pride in delivering custom-printed products that meet or exceed expectations. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and offer the following refund and reprint policy in the event of errors or defects.
🔁 All Sales Are Final
Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse or changes of mind after order placement

Spelling, punctuation, or layout issues that were present in the files you submitted or approved

Color variance due to screen-to-print differences (see Color Accuracy below)

Artwork issues stemming from low-resolution files or incorrect formatting

Orders delayed due to missed proof approvals or incorrect files
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Orders
If there is a clear production error or your order was damaged in transit, you may be eligible for a reprint or partial refund.
To qualify:

Notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product

Provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage

Include your order number and a clear explanation of the issue
We may ask you to return a sample of the defective product for inspection (we'll provide instructions and, if needed, a prepaid return label).
🎨 Color Accuracy
Colors shown on your screen may not exactly match printed output. We print using industry-standard CMYK processes. If color precision is critical, please request a hard copy proof before production. Minor color shifts between screen previews and final output are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or reprint.
📦 Shipping Issues
Once your order leaves our facility, we are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers. However, we’ll gladly help you file a claim with the shipping provider and may reprint your order at our discretion if appropriate.
📉 Underruns and Overruns
Due to industry tolerances, your order may include up to ±10% more or fewer units than requested. This is normal and not a basis for refund. If there’s a shortfall exceeding 10%, we will either refund the missing quantity or reprint the difference.
🧾 Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. If a reprint is preferred, we will prioritize production and ship using the original shipping method. Refunds will not exceed the amount paid for the defective portion of the order.

Sonoran Printing reserves the right to refuse a refund or reprint request that does not comply with this policy.
