All products are custom-printed on demand. Standard production takes approximately 3–7 business days before shipping. Delivery times vary by location and chosen shipping method. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Please note:

• Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
• We are not liable for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or delivery failures beyond our control.
• You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.
• It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Re-shipping due to address errors may incur additional fees.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-printed items.
• Minor color variations or slight shifts in trim are industry standard and not considered defects.
• If your order arrives damaged or with a production error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days. We may request photos and will either reprint or issue a refund at our discretion.
• We are not responsible for typos, design errors, or low-resolution artwork submitted by the customer. Please double-check your files before approval.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once printing starts, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
